Translating post holder helps the pedestals to adjust their height with its structure moving on the vertical axis. The minimum height of the post holder is 60.5 mm.

  • Our translating post holders provide lockable, non-rotating height adjustment and allow for easy one-handed operation. An aluminum thumb nut and a spring-loaded thrust pin provide height-fixing force, and a wide, square-cut surface inside the 12.7 mm post offers stable two-line contact. The curved adjusting ring activates the non-rotating height adjustment and offers a 0.635 mm translation adjustment at each revolution. When the desired position is reached, the entire mechanism can lock using the lower thumb nut and the lock hexagonal slot on the upper thumb nut. These thumb nuts should not be tightened beyond a maximum torque of 3.2 Nm.
