The optical table kinematic positioner provides fast positioning and adjustment of other optical elements attached to optical tables. It can be a crucial component for saving space.

  • Kinematic Positioner 2 is used to hold an object steadily, e.g., against Kinematic positioners or an adjustable positioner. It can be used alone or combined with Kinematic positioner 3 and Kinematic positioner 1 to create more complex and modular fine-tuning systems. The slidable grip design fits around the outer diameter of a Ø12,7 mm diameter post and can be locked in place using a M6 brass-tipped bolt located on the side. This bolt has a 3.0 mm hex wrench.
